Applying Computer Settings takes several minutes for many domain users

Solution:-
Step 1:-

May be problem in LAN cable .... While that time unplug the LAN cable ... going quickly in your Desktop..

So problem in LAN Driver...

1. Re-install the LAN Driver .. Normally must of the OS Default configure the LAN driver, so do the Following steps

Below steps u do before u must Log In Administrator Account..

1. Right Click the MY COMPUTER and select MANAGE then Press Device Manager and select Network Adapter

Then Right click the Network Driver then Select properties..then select Driver Tape the Select UNINSTALL Button the Restart the System ...

After restarting O/S should be install automatically now you check it ....it working OK or otherwise go to Step 2:-

Update the Antivirus software ...

Upgrade the Latest BIOS Version... then do above steps its working ...
