Solution:-
Problem in
clipard.exe services not running.
Setp1:- Restart the system,
Step 2:-Open c/program
files/system32/clipard.exe open if any error shows ...enable the services and
restart
Step 3:-Enable Services
Click Start -> type Services.msc and open enable the Services.
